ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

From £30 per hour

For those who want virtual assistance on hand consistently throughout the month for general administrative requirements such as diary management, document production and occasional social media assistance, retainer packages are the perfect solution. 

We believe it’s important to be thorough in all work we undertake and therefore our minimum suggested retainer is 5 hours per month although smaller retainers would be considered if appropriate.

MONTHLY SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Keeping online visibility UP and stress levels DOWN, we offer complete management of your social media platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google My Business.  This includes:

• Content creation* and sharing;
• Interaction with other relevant business and individual accounts;
• Monitoring of incoming interactions and messages and dealing with appropriately; and
• All platforms checked on a regular basis with analytics monitored and approach improved as necessary.

From £225 per month (2 posts per week)

From £300 per month (3 posts per week)

*Brand imagery / video / sales message to be provided by you.

All retainer and social media packages are bespoke to each individual client and carefully tailored to meet specific requirements.

Invoices will be issued in advance at the start of each month. Payment for each invoice is due within seven days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.

If additional hours are required over and above those contained in the agreed retainer package during any given month, the client will be invited to purchase additional ad-hoc hours (subject to availability).
